Stracker, forwarder or carrier?

Stracker is a freight forwarder. We organize international transport for our customers, from pick-up to final proof of delivery. We're the transport orchestra, and our aim is to ensure that goods are delivered on time and under the best possible conditions.

What is the difference between Stracker and other forwarders ?

Stracker is the world's first digital, commission-free freight forwarder. We organize our customers' international shipments on a platform that we have developed in-house and that we make available to our customers : the Stracker360 platform.

We do not take any commission on the cost of transport which we charge back to our customer at-cost to avoid any conflict of interest in our relationship

Why is Stracker offering a commission-free offer ?

The remuneration of a "traditional" freight forwarder is a commission indexed on the cost of the service, i.e. on the cost of the transport of his customer. The higher the cost of transport, the higher the remuneration of the forwarder.

At Stracker, we want to propose a new way of collaborating with our customers in order to work in total confidence and with the greatest transparency. We organize the transport of our customers without taking any commission to avoid any conflict of interest with our customer.

You know the real cost of your transport, you know our remuneration. The more we work together, the more you reduce your transport budget, the more we increase our remuneration !

What is Stracker's business model ? Without commission, how does Stracker get paid ?

Our service includes the organization of transportation and the provision of the Stracker360 platform. We are paid on a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription basis, indexed on the volume of shipments entrusted to us by our client and operated on Stracker360.

What is the added value of the Stracker 360 platform ?

We organize the transportation of our customers in a completely digital way via the Stracker360 platform. The objective is to centralize and make available in real time all transport information on a single interface.

The Stracker360 platform user has access to the different functionalities of the platform which allow him to simplify communication with his transport operator, to control all his flows and to find all the transport information in a few clicks.

What are the main features of the application ?

  • The " Quotations " page allows you to express a new transport need, guaranteeing the exhaustiveness and completeness of the information.
  • The " Control Tower " page offers a global view of the flows at departure, in transit and at arrival to know automatically the status of a transport without having to look for the information.
  • The " Transport " page allowing the reliability and updating of the ETA in real time allowing the Customer's logistics teams to anticipate the reception of the goods.
  • The " Chatbox " space centralizes and archives exchanges between users, their partners and Stracker's transport operators.
  • The " Map " space allows you to know the position of the goods in transit in real time and to follow the route taken.
  • The " Notifications" area allows the user to notify the logistics teams and their partners at each stage of the transport process by e-mail and/or SMS.
  • The " Documents " area allows you to implement and archive all live transport documentation to make it available and shareable to all teams involved.

All transport documentation is implemented and archived in real time on the Stracker360 platform within each transport. The following is a non-exhaustive list of key transport documents:

  • Certificate of Insurance ad-valorem

  • Certificate of conformity / inspection / analysis - Delivery note

Can you insure my merchandise ?
